This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
β’ Manage a team of paid search specialists directly.
β’ Guide and develop 4β5 Paid Search Managers and Associate Directors through strategic insight, coaching, and career development.
β’ Oversee a comprehensive enterprise Paid Search client portfolio, focusing on execution, retention, growth, innovation, and strategic alignment.
β’ Implement integrated, data-driven Paid Search strategies that align with client objectives and digital marketing goals.
β’ Act as a senior strategic partner across client relationships, managing recommendations, deliverables, escalations, and growth prospects.
β’ Collaborate with Client Services, Paid Media leadership, and channel teams to enhance account growth, operational efficiency, and integrated media strategies.
β’ Develop testing frameworks, innovation roadmaps, and thought leadership initiatives.
β’ Ensure adherence to quality assurance, operational excellence, and department processes.
β’ Facilitate onboarding and mentorship within the Paid Search team.
β’ Contribute to department operations, resource management, process enhancements, and strategic initiatives.
β’ Provide insights to Paid Search leadership regarding account opportunities, business risks, team observations, and recommendations.
β’ Assist in new business efforts through audits, pitches, and strategic counsel.
β’ Maintain comprehensive expertise in Paid Search, Paid Social, SEO, Content Marketing, Programmatic, and Email Marketing.
β’ Manage select high-profile accounts directly and explore new strategies for testing and scaling.
β’ Take the lead on AI developments and the evolution of search, working with SEO to create holistic search strategies.
β’ 7+ years of experience in paid media advertising, with a focus on media planning/buying in paid search within an agency or client setting.
β’ At least 2 years of prior experience in staff management, including development and mentoring responsibilities.
β’ Ability to handle challenging personnel issues and conflicts effectively.
β’ In-depth experience in developing, optimizing, analyzing, and reporting on paid search campaigns.
β’ Proficiency in data analytical tools like Google Analytics.
β’ Strong familiarity with Google Suite, Excel, and Asana.
β’ Experience in creating paid search customer acquisition campaigns for a range of clients and sectors; experience with multi-location and lead generation is preferred.
β’ Exceptional oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
β’ Quick response capability to identify and address situations.
β’ Proven boardroom leadership skills, with the ability to command attention remotely and lead a team.
β’ Professional maturity suitable for the scale and complexity of the teams and accounts managed.
β’ Authorization to work in the United States is required; this position does not qualify for immigration sponsorship.
