This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Acquire a comprehensive understanding of newly integrated home care companies, focusing on their financial performance, organizational structure, local market trends, operational workflows, and potential growth avenues.
• Evaluate the overall health of the business and pinpoint risks, dependencies, and opportunities that may influence successful transitions.
• Formulate and implement stabilization and transition strategies that balance operational changes with ongoing business continuity.
• Assess the talent and leadership capabilities within the acquired organizations.
• Determine staffing requirements and retention strategies that align with Honor’s operational model.
• Collaborate with local leaders and employees during significant organizational changes.
• Recruit and onboard additional personnel as necessary.
• Spearhead the adoption of Honor’s standard operating procedures, systems, reporting, and performance management practices.
• Collaborate with the Implementations team on client, Care Pro, and system migrations.
• Coordinate implementation efforts with Product, Operations, Finance, HR, Recruiting, and other relevant partners.
• Enhance sales performance, referral generation, recruitment effectiveness, and operational execution.
• Allocate resources effectively across revenue protection, organizational change, operational risk, and scalability.
• Mentor local leaders on operational and team management.
• Facilitate the transition to O&O leadership and support long-term growth initiatives.
• Create repeatable tools, playbooks, operating mechanisms, and transition frameworks.
• Maintain revenue, reduce client attrition, and ensure business continuity throughout transitions.
• Complete organizational, operational, and system transitions within the established timelines.
• Establish leadership teams and operational models that can sustain performance and promote growth.
• Develop tools and playbooks that empower the transitions team to manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
• Over 7 years of experience in leading operational teams, business units, or multi-functional initiatives with a focus on accountability for business performance and outcomes.
• Proven track record in leading organizational change, operational transformations, integrations, or business turnarounds.
• Experience handling multiple significant workstreams concurrently or managing a single engagement that is considerably larger than a typical territory transition.
• Strong analytical abilities, with experience utilizing data to identify issues, prioritize opportunities, and measure outcomes.
• Proficient in influencing senior cross-functional stakeholders and driving execution in complex, fast-paced environments.
• Comfortable functioning in ambiguous situations and creating structure and repeatable playbooks when none exist.
• Experience in healthcare, home care, franchising, multi-site operations, M&A integration, or other service-oriented industries is advantageous.
• An MBA is preferred.
