Director, Operations Management – Technology, Product

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Design and enhance annual and quarterly planning processes.

• Develop and refine executive operating mechanisms, including portfolio assessments, business evaluations, and leadership schedules.

• Streamline and improve collaboration among Product, Engineering, and Design teams.

• Convert strategy into investment plans, measurable results, and portfolio transparency.

• Create executive dashboards and business analyses that link investments to customer value, execution progress, and overall performance.

• Collaborate with Finance on financial planning, budgeting, workforce planning, and investment transparency.

• Establish operational connections with Finance, Sales/GTM, Human Resources, Legal, Corporate Communications, and other cross-functional partners.

• Create mechanisms for company-wide alignment and feedback loops.

• Clearly convey the significance of Product & Technology investments and the outcomes achieved.

• Build, mentor, and develop a high-performing business operations team.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement, curiosity, and operational excellence.

• Proven experience in designing or significantly evolving operating models, planning processes, or business mechanisms.

• Demonstrated experience in leading organizations through operational transformation.

• Experience in establishing executive operating rhythms that facilitate decision-making.

• Background in connecting strategy, portfolio planning, financial planning, and workforce planning.

• Strong executive communication skills and business acumen.

• Ability to influence senior leaders and build trusted cross-functional relationships.

• Proficiency in English as a working language is required.

• Disclosure of any criminal convictions and completion of a background check is necessary.
