This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.
• Create, develop, and execute training resources for both existing and upcoming products.
• Recognize, design, and implement advanced educational programs centered on clinical expertise, skill advancement, strategic collaborations, and account management.
• Set learning and development goals and initiatives that convert strategy into actionable behaviors for high-performing commercial field teams.
• Assist new employees through onboarding, completion of new-hire training, and continuous skill enhancement.
• Collaborate with sales leadership and cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, commercial operations, market access, human resources, and information technology.
• Roll out educational programs via onboarding, home-study curricula, live and virtual training sessions, area/regional meetings, and national sales meetings/POAs.
• Identify knowledge gaps within field teams and address them through targeted training initiatives and programs.
• Acquire knowledge of new disease-state materials and implement training swiftly.
• Assess training participants' competency levels and provide comprehensive evaluations and feedback.
• Work alongside sales management to develop growth plans.
• Ensure that activities and materials adhere to internal regulatory and legal standards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Medical/Clinical, Legal, Regulatory, and other strategic partners to design and deliver training.
• Partner with cross-functional collaborators to oversee and manage the LMS administrator and distance-learning technology.
• Manage vendor partnerships from selection to content creation and deployment.
• Facilitate presentation-skills training for presenters within medical and commercial teams.
• Engage in research to support the creation of future training materials.
• A Bachelor’s degree is mandatory.
• 3-5 years of experience in a Sales Training position within the Pharmaceutical or Device industry.
• Proven experience in delivering training to diverse audiences in a corporate environment.
• Preferred background in selling and/or training.
• Experience in the HIV or rare disease Pharmaceutical/Device sectors is advantageous.
• Strong presence in a classroom setting is essential.
• Familiarity with the pharmaceutical/device industry is required.
• Ability to translate concepts, skills, and knowledge into a learning framework for participants.
• Basic understanding of adult learning principles is preferred.
• Excellent platform, presentation, and facilitation abilities.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong project management skills.
• Capacity to learn technical, clinical, and medical product and disease-state knowledge.
• Openness to travel and availability for overnight stays.
• Competence in setting goals and meeting deadlines.
• Ability to prioritize effectively.
• Skill in generating ideas and developing solutions.
• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
