This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Effectively manage, mentor, and develop up to two recruiters.
• Take charge of the complete recruiting process for a specific requisition load, from intake to offer closure.
• Create, implement, and oversee the company's internship program from start to finish, catering to over 30 interns.
• Collaborate with the VP of Talent Acquisition on talent acquisition strategy, headcount planning, and process enhancements.
• Responsible for ongoing reporting on team performance, pipeline status, and time-to-fill metrics.
• Develop and maintain recruiter scorecards, leveraging data to enhance coaching and accountability.
• Continuously refine talent acquisition workflows, including intake, sourcing, interviews, offers, and onboarding transitions.
• Establish and nurture relationships with state and local law firm associations and legal industry organizations.
• Represent TopDog Law at legal conferences and industry events across various states.
• Act as the firm's representative to the wider legal community.
• Travel roughly 20% of the time for conferences, association gatherings, and in-person relationship building.
• Over 7 years of comprehensive recruiting experience across diverse functions or departments.
• More than 3 years of direct experience managing recruiters, preferably in a player-coach role.
• Proven experience in establishing or managing a structured internship or early-career program.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, including the creation and presentation of recruiting metrics and scorecards.
• Exceptional stakeholder management abilities, particularly in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Willingness and capability to travel approximately 20% of the time for conferences and association activities.
• Experience in a high-growth or scaling environment where processes are still being formalized.
• Background in recruiting for legal, professional services, or client-focused organizations.

• Experience with headcount planning, process improvements, pipeline reporting, time-to-fill metrics, recruiter scorecards, and talent acquisition workflows.
