Director of Strategic Partnerships – New Business

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +16 more locations.

📋 Description

• Establish and cultivate strong, trusted relationships with current partners

• Act as the main point of contact for partners

• Design and implement structured business plans or quarterly OKRs that align with partner objectives

• Analyze data to reveal trends and pinpoint opportunities for enhancing business KPIs

• Generate new growth avenues with both existing and prospective partners

• Negotiate partnership agreements that are mutually advantageous

• Deliver regular analyses, insights, and updates to both partners and internal teams

• Address and resolve operational and execution issues among partners and internal teams

• Work collaboratively with product, operations, data, and sales teams

• Influence the strategic direction of the partnership portfolio

• Report directly to the Vice President of Partnerships

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in Business Development, Partnerships, or Management Consulting

• Demonstrated success in managing intricate projects from start to finish

• Exceptional attention to detail and a strong inclination towards action

• Data-driven mindset for decision-making processes

• Capable of analyzing complex scenarios and making informed, actionable choices

• Outstanding written and verbal communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities

• Proficient in conveying complex concepts to both internal and external stakeholders

• Must currently reside in one of the designated hiring locations

• Legally authorized to work in the United States or Canada
