This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Cultivate and expand relationships with prominent LMSs, LXPs, HR platforms, and technology partners that distribute, bundle, or refer OpenSesame’s enterprise learning solutions.
• Define and enhance OpenSesame’s partner strategy.
• Lead a global team of Strategic Partner Managers.
• Oversee the programmatic maturity of the partner ecosystem.
• Engage with key partners to comprehend business models, objectives, performance metrics, and integration needs.
• Assess partner processes, systems, reporting, and playbooks to pinpoint scalability gaps.
• Conduct and present a thorough SWOT analysis of the partner program.
• Establish the critical path for ecosystem growth in alignment with 30%+ annual revenue targets.
• Lead executive-level partner meetings, onsite visits, strategic presentations, QBRs, and planning sessions.
• Develop and implement a three-year partner ecosystem strategy.
• Deliver cross-functional recommendations to Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations.
• Initiate improved onboarding, partner tiers, enablement, and operating processes.
• Create a scalable partner governance model.
• Build and implement partner reporting systems to track performance, pipeline, onboarding, enablement, and strategic outcomes.
• Optimize and operationalize the Partner Playbook.
• Act as the executive owner for strategic partners, guiding roadmap alignment, joint business planning, and GTM initiatives.
• Propel ecosystem-led revenue growth and manage complex partnership opportunities from start to finish.
• Contribute to Senior Management Team OKRs, strategy, and representation of the partner ecosystem.
• Demonstrated success in building systems, leading teams, scaling ecosystems, and achieving results.
• Proven track record of delivering outstanding results.
• Ability to understand partner business models, objectives, performance metrics, and integration requirements.
• Capability to develop partner strategies and three-year ecosystem plans.
• Proficiency in leading executive-level partner meetings, negotiations, onsite visits, and strategic presentations.
• Ability to align Sales, Marketing, Product, and Operations around partner-led go-to-market initiatives.
• Expertise in establishing partner governance, reporting systems, tiering, incentives, and performance metrics.
• Ability to lead intricate partnership opportunities from inception to completion.
• Willingness to travel approximately 25% of the time.
