Director of Strategic Alliances – Consumer Products

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Oversee critical consumer security partnerships

• Foster relationships with essential stakeholders and corporate leaders

• Ensure robust relationship management and safeguard SpyCloud’s resources

• Enhance long-term benefits for SpyCloud, its partners, and clients

• Create and implement go-to-market strategies with partners

• Identify and develop initiatives to boost partner revenue

• Formulate partner value propositions, playbooks, partner programs, marketing strategies, and partnership agreements

• Monitor progress, report key performance indicators (KPIs), and conduct regular health assessments

• Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly updates to principal stakeholders

• Assist partner product and development teams with onboarding, integration, and ongoing maintenance of SpyCloud solutions

• Leverage partner relationships to uncover desired features, product improvements, industry trends, and technological needs

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Partnerships, Business Development, and/or Strategic Account Management

• Experience in a startup environment is preferred

• Proven history of establishing, leading, and scaling Partnerships in a SaaS and/or data sales context

• Strong technical abilities to engage effectively with technical teams on solution ideation, implementation, and support challenges

• Enthusiasm for utilizing operational metrics and process enhancements to inform key decisions and drive organizational change

• Understanding of how to prioritize and communicate partner expectations and critical service challenges to the executive team

• Proven ability to work collaboratively with sales and other cross-functional teams to meet shared business objectives

• Experience in developing and expanding partnerships with VPN, Endpoint Detection and Response, and Identity Monitoring Products is preferred

• A Business Degree (BA or MBA) is preferred
