Director of Strategic Alliances

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the strategy and implementation for Noma's collaborations with major AI platforms and security Independent Software Vendors (ISVs), including OpenAI, Anthropic, Nvidia, Databricks, ServiceNow, and Splunk.

• Develop and expand the team and practice associated with these partnerships as the function evolves.

• Lead collaborative development efforts with partner engineering teams on strategic projects, such as AI gateways and other joint technical integrations.

• Execute co-selling strategies alongside co-development initiatives to convert partnerships into revenue streams.

• Function as a salesperson and relationship cultivator who generates partner enthusiasm for Noma's vision.

• Engage in in-depth product discussions to grasp partners' strategic goals.

• Interact directly with engineering teams and collaborate with them beyond the business or marketing representatives of partners.

• Work closely with Noma's cloud alliance division to synchronize hyperscaler and ISV/AI vendor partnerships.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience in establishing practices and partnerships with AI platforms and security ISVs.

• Practical knowledge of both co-sell and co-build alliance strategies.

• Experience collaborating directly with engineering teams and product managers.

• Capability to communicate in engineering terminology and lead joint technical projects.

• Demonstrated ability to build and manage a partnership practice and strategy from inception.

• Strong instincts in sales and the ability to foster relationships.

• Competence in conducting in-depth product discussions regarding partner strategies.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic, high-growth startup atmosphere.
