This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate and implement sales strategies aimed at driving growth in the Mid-Market segment.
• Conduct regular reviews of the sales pipeline, forecasting sessions, and business planning initiatives.
• Identify areas for enhancement in sales processes, efficiency, and overall team performance.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Sales Enablement to facilitate lead generation and improve campaign effectiveness.
• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to guide business strategy.
• Cultivate a culture of accountability, professional growth, and customer-centric selling.
• Act as a trusted advisor and escalation point for significant customer relationships.
• Provide both tactical and strategic guidance to Sales Managers, Account Executives, and Account Managers.
• Collaborate with executive leadership, sales enablement, marketing, customer success, and operations.
• Take ownership of forecasting, pipeline management, territory strategy, performance management, and sales best practices.
• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education and professional experience.
• Over 7 years of experience in B2B sales.
• A minimum of 3 years in leadership roles focused on developing sales teams.
• A proven history of consistently achieving or surpassing revenue targets and fostering profitable growth.
• Experience in managing front-line sales leaders, account executives, and/or account management teams.
• Strong leadership presence with the capability to inspire, motivate, coach, and develop high-performing sales professionals.
• Demonstrated success in managing pipelines, forecasting, territory planning, and executing sales strategies.
• Experience in driving accountability through KPIs, activity metrics, and performance management processes.
• Outstanding coaching and talent development abilities.
• Capacity to analyze business performance data, recognize opportunities, and implement strategic action plans.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
• High emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and a collaborative leadership style.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft 365, and sales reporting tools.
• Ability to excel in a fast-paced, results-driven environment while balancing strategic planning with daily execution.
