This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom, +5 more countries.
• Oversee the EMEA Human Identification sales organization and commercial strategy.
• Formulate and implement regional sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue, growth, and profitability targets.
• Create annual and long-term sales plans that align with market trends, customer demands, and business priorities.
• Identify new markets, customers, and geographic opportunities.
• Convert business strategy into actionable sales priorities and drive their execution.
• Provide insights on market conditions and competitive landscape.
• Achieve regional objectives by managing forecasting, pipeline, and opportunity processes.
• Develop strategic account plans for key customers and opportunities.
• Cultivate relationships with customers, distributors, channel partners, and strategic stakeholders.
• Enhance market coverage, capability, and performance by developing channel partners.
• Assist with complex sales cycles, tenders, and strategic customer opportunities.
• Advocate for the customer's voice and enhance the customer experience.
• Attract, retain, develop, and engage top sales talent.
• Lead, coach, and mentor the sales organization.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, engagement, and customer focus.
• Develop team capabilities and succession planning.
• Manage commercial operational processes, regional expenses, and performance management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Commercial, Product Management, Market Development, Business Development, R&D, Service, and Support.
• Ensure adherence to company policies, applicable regulations, and standards of business conduct.
• Bachelor's degree in Forensic Science, Biology, Molecular Biology, Biochemistry, Business, or a related field.
• Master's degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive sales and commercial experience with a proven track record of success.
• Demonstrated experience in leading and developing high-performing sales teams.
• Experience working across various countries and markets, particularly within EMEA.
• Strong strategic sales planning and commercial execution skills.
• Experience managing direct and indirect sales models, distributors, and channel partners.
• Solid understanding of genomics and applied markets.
• Experience in Human Identification, forensic DNA, or related workflows is highly desirable.
• Strong commercial acumen in forecasting, pipeline management, strategic accounts, and performance management.
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate within a global matrix organization.
• Excellent relationship-building capabilities with customers, channel partners, and industry/KOLs.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, influencing, and leadership skills.
• Willingness and ability to travel across EMEA as needed.
