This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Regional Sales Managers and Growth Partners to meet and surpass regional revenue objectives.
• Perform regular performance evaluations, pipeline assessments, and specialized training on closing strategies, product expertise, and value-oriented selling.
• Foster a culture of accountability, urgency, and ongoing professional growth.
• Create and implement data-informed territory plans to acquire new K-12 accounts and enhance existing partnerships throughout the region.
• Identify, negotiate, and finalize high-value contracts with key district decision-makers and educational partners while maintaining direct ownership of sales targets.
• Oversee pipeline integrity and forecast accuracy utilizing Salesforce, HubSpot, and other CRM/sales support tools.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, Academics, and Customer Care teams to ensure aligned messaging, enhance campaign efficiency, and simplify customer onboarding.
• Evaluate competitive activities, K-12 market dynamics, and district funding cycles to fine-tune go-to-market strategies and support new product introductions.
• Act as an internal champion for customer needs to influence product development and service improvement initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related discipline is essential.
• A minimum of 5 years of proven experience in leading, coaching, and scaling high-performing sales teams in K-12 education products, educational technology, curriculum, or similar fields.
• Demonstrated ability to navigate a complex sales cycle while consistently achieving individual sales targets and closing net new business.
• High proficiency in CRM and sales enablement platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or comparable tools).
• Willingness and capability to travel up to 50% for district visits, conferences, and team gatherings.
