This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee forecasting, pipeline management, performance analytics, sales process enhancement, CRM governance, and reporting.
• Streamline and synchronize the personnel, processes, systems, and data that fuel revenue growth.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to formulate and implement the revenue operations strategy.
• Align the processes of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to promote revenue growth.
• Create scalable operating models and monitor revenue metrics, KPIs, and performance indicators.
• Formulate annual revenue plans, forecasts, targets, scenario models, and business plans.
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates, bookings, revenue attainment, and forecast accuracy.
• Develop funnel instrumentation across lead sources from MQL through sales-accepted and sales-qualified stages.
• Design account segmentation, scoring models, territory configurations, named-account coverage, and resource allocation.
• Manage lead scoring, routing, hand-off rules, and data hygiene standards.
• Act as the business owner for CRM and revenue technology platforms, including HubSpot.
• Establish CRM governance, data integrity requirements, process documentation, and system integrations.
• Create executive dashboards and reporting frameworks for sales, acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
• Administer sales compensation plans and quota setting; develop capacity models and ramp plans.
• Drive continuous improvement and standardize revenue lifecycle processes.
• Build, lead, and nurture a high-performing Revenue Operations team.
• Set performance expectations, mentor team members, and manage external vendors and consultants as required.
• Report directly to Shachar Rabbe.
• B2B SaaS experience is essential.
• Experience in private equity or venture-backed growth-stage companies is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with healthcare technology or health-system go-to-market strategies is preferred.
• Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (ARR/CARR, GRR/NRR, CAC payback, LTV/CAC, Magic Number, pipeline coverage).
• Experience in preparing reports for boards and investors.
• Knowledge of Salesforce administration and governance.
• Proficient in marketing automation platforms and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
• Proven track record in building revenue operations infrastructure from scratch, including funnel instrumentation, territory design, forecasting cadence, and reporting frameworks, in a resource-limited setting.
• Experience supporting a growing sales organization, including capacity modeling, quota and compensation management, and new-hire ramp tracking.
• Comfortable working as a player-coach, setting strategy with executives while also developing dashboards hands-on.
• Outstanding analytical, communication, and cross-functional influence abilities.
• A Bachelor's degree is mandatory.
• An MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
