This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership of the entire sales forecasting process, encompassing methodology, pipeline review, risk assessment, and forecast accuracy.
• Facilitate the cadence that provides leadership with actionable insights into both existing and potential customer opportunities.
• Act as a trusted advisor to the SVP of Revenue by highlighting trends, risks, opportunities, and suggested actions.
• Evaluate pipeline health, coverage, conversion rates, velocity, win/loss patterns, and overall sales productivity.
• Create quantitative models and analyze intricate datasets to inform revenue decisions, planning, and scenario assessments.
• Manage reporting and the operational cadence that Revenue leadership utilizes to assess performance, scrutinize the pipeline, and enforce accountability.
• Oversee revenue operations planning and collaborate with Revenue and Finance leadership on go-to-market strategies, quotas, capacity, headcount, targets, and scenarios.
• Direct the sales compensation strategy, design, and governance, which includes quota and incentive modeling, performance evaluation, and commission accuracy oversight.
• Collaborate with the GTM Operations Analyst for daily plan administration and commission processing.
• Partner with sales, marketing, and executive teams on go-to-market strategies, including CPQ and deal desk procedures.
• Generate pipeline reporting to enhance the prospect funnel, facilitate opportunity advancement, and boost visibility from bookings to revenue conversion.
• Independently manage complex revenue operations tasks from problem identification to analysis, recommendations, and execution.
• Clearly and concisely communicate complex findings to executive and cross-functional audiences.
• A minimum of 6 years experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, GTM Strategy & Operations, or a related field within a complex B2B SaaS environment.
• Extensive experience in managing sales forecasting and enhancing forecast quality, rigor, and transparency.
• Outstanding quantitative and analytical abilities, including model creation and complex dataset analysis in Google Sheets, and the skill to translate findings into actionable business insights.
• Proven capability to collaborate with senior Revenue leaders, provide an independent perspective, and influence decisions through data and insights.
• Strong knowledge of pipeline management, coverage, conversion, velocity, sales productivity, and SaaS go-to-market metrics.
• Familiarity with sales compensation, which includes plan management, commission processes, quota establishment, and compensation analysis.
• Significant experience with Salesforce.
• Previous involvement in GTM planning, including capacity, headcount, quota, target, or scenario planning.
• Strong financial and business acumen, with the ability to effectively partner with Finance and FP&A.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to serve as a trusted advisor to senior leaders and translate strategy into actionable steps.
• Ability to function as a senior individual contributor with considerable autonomy and responsibility in a newly established role without a predefined playbook.
• Willingness to travel approximately 10% of the time.
• Experience with Ironclad or other contract lifecycle management solutions is a plus.
• Familiarity with Vasco or similar revenue operations platforms is desired.
• Experience with Tableau is appreciated.
• HubSpot experience is valued.
• Expertise in the fintech sector is a plus.
