Director of Revenue Cycle

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Louisiana.

📋 Description

• Oversee the Accounts Receivable (A/R) and Collections Department

• Provide guidance and management for Radiology accounts receivable

• Ensure prompt billing and resolution of outstanding receivables

• Assess reimbursement based on contracts and governmental regulations

• Uphold revenue cycle operational policies and procedures

• Lead the team and enhance team performance

• Identify, create, and implement internal controls for a compliant environment

• Facilitate the development of programs and processes within Revenue Cycle operational areas

• Determine strategies to enhance financial performance

• Direct the team to establish efficient Revenue Cycle operations

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (BA) from an accredited four-year college or university

• Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities

• Proactive attitude and exemplary work ethic

• Appropriate references

• Capable of managing time efficiently and planning accordingly

• Innate drive to achieve success

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook

• Ability to apply extensive knowledge to new situations

• Minimum of three years of relevant experience

• Experience in managing medical accounts receivable, claim billings, follow-up, and denial management processes
