This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance efficiency, scalability, and speed within implementation procedures
• Boost the number of successfully executed plans while optimizing resources and operational workflows
• Rethink and enhance sales activation strategies beyond conventional 401(k) implementation
• Lead and assist Customer Onboarding teams and leaders with necessary tools and frameworks
• Collaborate with Sales Activation Managers to recognize trends and strategies that improve onboarding timelines and experiences
• Mentor Sales Activation Managers to enhance the 90-day onboarding process and launch rates
• Aid in overseeing setup, payroll connectivity, program management, quality assurance, and conversion onboarding
• Devise and innovate scalable processes to boost launched-plan volume
• Collaborate with Product and Integration teams to eliminate manual processes and promote automation
• Expand the team by automating and streamlining onboarding
• Work alongside Revenue Enablement, Revenue Leadership, Customer Support Operations, and other teams on onboarding communication, collaboration, and customer escalations
• Track onboarding performance metrics and implement ongoing improvements
• Manage personnel and performance using radical candor
• Report to the Vice President of Sales Activation & ERISA
• Results-oriented, confident, and dynamic leadership skills
• Capacity to communicate across the organization and inspire and motivate teams
• Over 13 years of total experience
• More than 5 years of management experience in sales, customer implementation, or related fields within a SaaS environment
• Proven success in working with high-volume metrics
• Proven success in meeting or exceeding monthly quotas
• Experience in SaaS and fast-paced technology sectors
• Exceptional written, oral, presentation, and interpersonal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
• Experience in evolving and optimizing people, processes, and tools
• Expertise in managing and overseeing large, complex accounts and projects
• Ability to drive change from the executive level down
• Proficient executive-level communication and conflict mediation skills
• Strong experience in people and performance management
• Background in working with cross-functional teams
• Experience and/or knowledge in the 401(k) industry (preferred)
• Sales leadership experience (preferred)
• 401(k) sales experience (preferred)
