Director of Regional Partnerships

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Identify, develop, and secure strategic partnerships to foster new business growth.

• Build relationships with hospitals, health systems, large outpatient practices, and other significant referral sources.

• Develop and implement targeted strategies for partnerships.

• Discover and nurture new business opportunities to enhance brand visibility and increase referral volumes.

• Utilize data-driven insights to evaluate business development initiatives, refine partnership strategies, and monitor referral trends.

• Collaborate with admissions, marketing, alumni, and account management teams on strategies for growth.

• Represent the organization at conferences, industry events, and networking functions.

• Formulate and execute strategies to enter new markets and establish relationships with potential partners.

• Manage the territory budget effectively.

• Maintain outreach data and oversee Salesforce reports in relation to key performance indicators.

• Travel as required within the region.

• Perform other assigned tasks.


⛳️ Requirements

• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or comparable software.

• Capable of effectively presenting information and addressing inquiries from leadership, staff, patients, referents, and the public.

• Strong customer service aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to juggle multiple tasks simultaneously.

• Ability to establish, nurture, and expand partnerships with external stakeholders.

• Skilled in leveraging data analytics to inform strategy and enhance performance.

• Familiarity with healthcare referral networks, market dynamics, and payer landscapes.

• Experience with Salesforce is highly preferred.

• Proficient in English communication, both verbal and written.

• Capable of working for extended periods while seated at a desk and using a computer.

• Willingness to travel regularly.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• 3-7 years of relevant experience in business development, strategic partnerships, or sales within the healthcare, behavioral health, or a related industry.
