This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Take ownership of Discovery, Lists, Community, Campaigns, and Messaging workflows from start to finish.
• Integrate currently distinct products into a seamless customer operation.
• Streamline workflow execution to minimize the need for human click-throughs.
• Lead and develop a team of product managers.
• Establish product management standards and mentor PMs on discovery and decision-making.
• Determine which workflows should be rebuilt agentically, simplified, or eliminated.
• Revamp operational workflows using AI to decrease manual tasks and reduce headcount needs.
• Create trust models that encompass provenance, confidence, human-in-the-loop review, honest failure, and rollback procedures.
• Collaborate with engineering and design leadership on architecture and implementation.
• Influence decisions regarding schemas, core services, bulk operations, permissions, and shared data models for both UI and agents.
• Scale creator marketing initiatives for global brands and agencies.
• Over 8 years of experience in product management.
• More than 2 years of experience in leading product managers.
• Proven experience in managing and mentoring product managers.
• Experience with a comprehensive, workflow-intensive B2B SaaS product surface.
• A builder's mindset with hands-on prototyping experience.
• Familiarity with AI tools for product development.
• Experience in transforming manual workflows to incorporate AI.
• Proficient in retrieval, tool utilization, evaluation, human-in-the-loop review, and understanding agent autonomy boundaries.
• Strong product judgment for assessing AI outputs, generated briefs, search results, customer inquiries, and roadmap priorities.
• Technical expertise in data models, API design, schemas, CRUDL, bulk operations, permissions, and third-party integrations.
• Capability to prioritize across teams and articulate trade-offs.
• Excellent writing skills for asynchronous, documentation-focused tasks.
• Demonstrated initiative, ownership, curiosity, self-direction, and humility.
• Comfortable collaborating with remote teams across different time zones.
• Nice to have: experience in influencer marketing, creator workflows, or marketing technology (martech).
• Nice to have: background in search, discovery, recommendation, semantic search, or multimodal search.
• Nice to have: experience in CRM, relationship management, or lifecycle product management.
• Nice to have: understanding of enterprise AI features related to governance, auditability, and permissions.
