This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Take ownership of product strategy, roadmap, prioritization, sequencing, and execution for ramps and identity.
• Collaborate directly with the CTO on significant product, technical, commercial, and operational decisions.
• Oversee multiple engineering leads to ensure successful delivery, quality, pace, and business outcomes.
• Develop and guide engineering and product leaders.
• Create product specifications, decision records, and requirements for engineering teams.
• Balance customer experience, technical complexity, regulatory obligations, speed, cost, and reliability.
• Collaborate with engineering, compliance, finance, operations, support, and external partners.
• Represent the company in discussions with providers, partner reviews, customer escalations, and enterprise diligence.
• Manage funding and payout experiences across ACH, wires, SEPA, local rails, stablecoins, and crypto on/off-ramps.
• Enhance deposits, payouts, settlement times, transaction reliability, customer clarity, and money movement economics.
• Define strategies for payment rails and providers; evaluate, select, negotiate with, and manage providers.
• Lead market expansions into new currencies and payment corridors.
• Address issues related to payment failures, reconciliation, rejected transfers, and customer support pain points.
• Collaborate with engineering on money movement architecture and provider redundancy/routing.
• Oversee the optimization of verified identity reuse, onboarding, attestations, federation, business identity, and identity-driven experiences.
• Improve verification pass rates, time-to-verified durations, workflow transparency, and customer paths forward.
• Ensure product decisions comply with KYC, KYB, AML, and other relevant requirements.
• Analyze funnel performance, customer friction, transaction failures, and product opportunities using data.
• Establish operational relationships, metrics visibility, ownership, and operating rhythms during the initial 3–6 months.
• Deliver quantifiable enhancements in reliability, conversion rates, verification speed, or money movement economics.
• A minimum of 8 years of product management experience, with a focus on senior-level or product leadership roles.
• Proven experience in owning business and product outcomes.
• Experience in leading engineers directly or through engineering leads.
• Strong history of delivering complex technical products via cross-functional teams.
• In-depth understanding of the blockchain and crypto payments ecosystem.
• Direct experience with crypto on/off-ramps and banking integrations.
• Familiarity with Ethereum-based products.
• Knowledge and experience in KYC, KYB, identity verification, or similar trust and compliance products.
• Comprehensive understanding of payments infrastructure and money movement concepts.
• Comfortable collaborating with compliance, legal, and regulatory stakeholders, including those focused on AML and financial crime requirements.
• Strong analytical abilities and capacity to independently assess product and funnel performance.
• Ability to effectively communicate with engineers, executives, customers, banking partners, payment providers, and external stakeholders.
• High level of ownership, sound judgment, and the ability to make decisions independently.
• Experience with technical architecture, distributed systems, payment flows, reconciliation, reliability, and failure modes.
• Background in launching payment products or corridors across various countries or regions.
• Experience in regulated financial services environments.
• Proficient in SQL and adept at analyzing product and funnel data.
• Familiarity with fraud, risk, or financial crime product solutions.
• Experience in developing AI-driven workflows and utilizing AI tools.
• Previous involvement with global or cross-border payment systems.
• Must maintain significant overlap with U.S. business hours, particularly in the Eastern Time zone.
• Proficient spoken and written English required for client-facing interactions.
