This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Spearhead the global go-to-market strategy, positioning, and commercialization of Gracenote’s array of data, IDs, and AI-driven content solutions.
• Manage the product marketing strategy from start to finish, encompassing market insights, positioning, launch, adoption, and growth.
• Collaborate with Product Management to influence roadmaps by leveraging market insights, customer feedback, and competitive analysis.
• Work with Sales and Customer Success teams to enhance product adoption, support renewals and expansions, and synchronize on customers, challenges, messaging, and proof points.
• Define and oversee the PMM team charter, detailing scope, responsibilities, success metrics, and engagement models.
• Develop and refine audience and buyer personas, positioning and messaging frameworks, launch tiers and playbooks, sales enablement standards, and competitive/market intelligence processes.
• Evaluate team strengths, identify gaps and workloads; establish operating models, role definitions, and career progression paths.
• Mentor and provide constructive feedback to Product Marketing Managers and related positions.
• Establish processes that elevate PMM to a strategic role in roadmap development, packaging, pricing, and segment strategy.
• Direct go-to-market planning and execution for new products and features.
• Implement metrics for PMM, including launch health, digital content engagement, and enablement utilization.
• Represent the PMM function to Gracenote leadership, securing executive support and resources.
• 8–10+ years of experience in B2B product marketing.
• A minimum of 3–5 years in a leadership capacity, developing or restructuring a PMM function or team.
• Proven success in coaching and nurturing PMMs, including establishing clear expectations, crafting growth plans, and enhancing the team’s strategic influence.
• Experience in defining PMM charters, processes, and frameworks within organizations that are evolving or repositioning the function.
• Solid background in data, SaaS, ad tech, media, streaming, or related fields.
• Knowledge of entertainment data, CTV/streaming, or contextual advertising is advantageous.
• Demonstrated ability to sway senior stakeholders and foster alignment across Product, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success.
• Exceptional communication skills with a history of crafting clear, compelling narratives and enablement resources for commercial teams.
