This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of product marketing at Aragorn.
• Develop the messaging and positioning for HRIS, People Systems, People Analytics, HR Operations, and CHRO buyers.
• Create various marketing materials including customer stories, point of view pieces, webinars, guides, product narratives, landing pages, sales resources, and campaigns.
• Conduct interviews with customers and prospects to gain insights into their challenges, motivations for purchasing, alternatives, and triggers.
• Manage go-to-market strategies for new products, capabilities, integrations, and use cases.
• Collaborate with the Demand Generation team to test messages, personas, offers, and campaigns that foster qualified conversations.
• Provide the Sales team with narratives, proof points, competitive positioning, presentations, and sales materials.
• Transform customer outcomes into case studies, quantifiable proof points, references, and reusable sales resources.
• Perform market and competitive intelligence analysis across HR analytics, integration platforms, HCM vendors, AI tools, and existing market conditions.
• Develop narratives, content, and follow-up initiatives related to industry events and webinars.
• Oversee Aragorn’s website and the digital marketing narrative.
• Collaborate closely with the CEO, Product, Sales, and Demand Generation teams.
• Within the first 90 days, comprehend customer needs and the ideal customer profile, refine positioning for the three Studios, establish a rhythm for content and campaigns, enhance customer proof, and initiate go-to-market experiments.
• Drive qualified pipeline development, conversion rates, customer validation, market positioning, and expedite product launches.
• A minimum of 5 years of B2B SaaS marketing experience, particularly in product marketing.
• Proven experience in marketing complex enterprise software.
• Strong preference for candidates with experience in HR technology, People Analytics, HCM, data/integration infrastructure, analytics, or enterprise AI.
• Experience targeting HR technology, HRIS, People Analytics, People Operations, or CHRO audiences is an advantage.
• Demonstrated ability to simplify technical products into engaging business narratives.
• Outstanding writing and storytelling abilities; comfortable producing content personally.
• Experience collaborating with founders, sales teams, customers, and product teams.
• Proficient in interviewing customers and translating discussions into positioning, content, and market insights.
• Experience launching new products or categories without an established playbook.
• Solid understanding of the relationship between product marketing, pipeline, and revenue generation.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, early-stage environment that demands high ownership, speed, and adaptability.
