This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany, +2 more countries.
• Lead the product organization at Rasa and influence the evolution of conversational AI experiences.
• Drive the product strategy for Rasa’s platform.
• Build, recruit, develop, and retain a high-performing team within product management.
• Collaborate with engineering, sales, and marketing on go-to-market strategies, pricing, and packaging.
• Successfully launch products into the market.
• Keep track of the AI solutions market and analyze the competitive landscape.
• Convert product, domain, and business requirements into actionable specifications and platform solutions.
• Own the roadmap and product definition for your area.
• Contribute to the overall product strategy by utilizing research, customer feedback, competitive analysis, and market demands.
• Collect feedback from internal and external sources to refine early prototypes.
• Cultivate a thriving ecosystem among developers, partners, customers, and the community.
• Report directly to the Chief Product Officer.
• Over 8 years of product management experience, including a minimum of 2 years in leadership or mentorship roles.
• Strong expertise in B2B, developer tools, or technical products.
• Demonstrated ability to align product decisions with business strategy and engage cross-functional partners.
• Collaborative and practical leadership style with a passion for AI innovation.
• Hands-on experience overseeing products through their entire lifecycle—concept, launch, and retirement.
• Product management experience in enterprise environments, preferably with enterprise-licensed software, on-premises, or private/virtual cloud deployments.
• Familiarity with technically focused products.
• Experience in identifying, defining, packaging, pricing, and delivering software within a cloud service, infrastructure product, or open-source product that incorporates machine learning.
• Proven experience in engaging and enabling large developer communities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment with limited resources, uncertain information, rapidly changing markets and competition, and minimal existing structure.
