This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and communicate a product strategy that aligns with business objectives.
• Leverage market insights and expertise to enhance existing offerings and direct new product initiatives.
• Deliver value to current customers while pursuing revenue growth opportunities.
• Collaborate with clients and sales prospects to foster innovation and growth in value-based care contracting and performance.
• Guide a team of product managers through mentorship, support, and direction.
• Partner with engineers, data scientists, sales, marketing, customer managers, and customer support teams.
• Facilitate product commercialization in collaboration with sales and marketing efforts.
• Analyze competition and lead the creation of product roadmaps and launches.
• Design and oversee product roadmaps, prioritizing features based on business value, customer impact, and technical viability.
• Conduct market research to assess trends, customer needs, emerging technologies, and potential opportunities and threats.
• Manage budgets, allocate resources, and track product KPIs.
• Supervise the product development lifecycle, applying AI tools for discovery, prototyping, and expedited development.
• Ensure timely product delivery that meets scope and quality standards.
• Advocate for customer feedback and drive enhancements in product offerings.
• Promote innovation and investigate technologies that enhance competitive advantage.
• Identify and mitigate risks associated with product development and launches.
• Recruit, develop, mentor, and retain exceptional talent.
• Employ AI in the product development process.
• Fulfill annual performance reviews, goal-setting tasks, and other designated special projects or responsibilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline (business, engineering, computer science, etc.).
• Over 10 years of experience in product management or related fields.
• At least 5 years of experience in a health plan setting focusing on value-based care contracting models.
• Proven experience in leadership roles, ideally as a Senior Product Manager or equivalent.
• A successful track record of launching products to market.
• Proficiency in utilizing AI tools throughout the AI development life cycle for product conception, development, and launch.
• Strong grasp of product development processes, encompassing ideation, design, development, testing, and launch.
• Familiarity with AI applications within healthcare.
• Experience in formulating and implementing product strategies that promote business growth.
• Background in managing and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong presentation skills suitable for both internal and external stakeholders.
• In-depth understanding of customer requirements and the ability to advocate for them in product decision-making.
• Awareness of how product decisions influence business financial outcomes.
• Experience in pinpointing and mitigating risks during product development and launches.
• Skills in critical thinking, problem-solving, analytical modeling, and technical analysis.
• Reliable high-speed internet access and a proper office setup and maintenance.
