Director of Product Management – Agentic Data Security

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take full ownership of the Agentic Data Security product line from inception to completion, encompassing vision, strategy, roadmap, and P&L-level results.

• Establish data security protocols for AI agents, which include defining agent identity and attribution, conducting prompt and context inspections, implementing tool-call and MCP-boundary controls, and ensuring machine-speed enforcement.

• Leverage Cyberhaven's data lineage advantage to create agentic use cases across endpoint, browser, and cloud teams.

• Manage the design partner program and guide ADS through beta testing and general availability.

• Transform enterprise clients into referenceable production deployments, achieving significant revenue growth within a 6–9 month timeframe.

• Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to maintain a rapid release schedule and make informed scope decisions.

• Work alongside Sales, Solutions Engineering, and Customer Experience teams on packaging, pricing, competitive positioning, and enablement strategies.

• Act as a representative for ADS in customer briefings, analyst discussions, partner meetings, and industry events.

• Report directly to the CPO and expand and lead a product management team as the product line grows.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of experience in product management.

• More than 5 years of experience leading products in the security domain.

• Proven track record of successfully bringing new products from inception to substantial revenue generation.

• Deep expertise in data security (including DLP, DSPM, insider risk), AI/LLM security, or endpoint and browser security.

• A strong advantage is fluency in the deployment of AI agents within enterprises.

• Experience in delivering enterprise security products that are utilized by actual security teams.

• Familiarity with detection quality, false positive economics, policy authoring, and enforcement decisions.

• Strong technical instincts and a demonstrated ability to build trust with engineers.

• Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities.

• Candidates must be located in the US, with a preference for the San Francisco Bay Area.
