Director of Product Delivery

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Washington.

📋 Description

• Lead and guide a team of business analysts.

• Oversee and prioritize a queue of business analysis tasks and Jira stories.

• Ensure timely and budget-compliant delivery of initiatives.

• Develop and establish best practices, methodologies, and tools for business analysis.

• Serve as a quality control measure within the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

• Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure business analysis efforts align with organizational objectives.

• Conduct analyses of business processes and identify areas for optimization.

• Collect and document business requirements.

• Convert requirements into user stories and functional specifications.

• Convey requirements to technical teams for solution design and execution.

• Act as a liaison between business units and IT departments.

• Foster relationships with key stakeholders.

• Assess business analysis initiatives and their value to the organization.

• Test completed stories in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) prior to client testing.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• A minimum of 8-10 years of experience in business analysis.

• At least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.

• Experience in the mortgage sector: due diligence, capital markets, or servicing is preferred.

• Strong understanding of business process analysis, requirements gathering, and project management.

• Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.

• Strong problem-solving, analytical, and strategic thinking skills.

• Capability to work collaboratively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

• Authorized to work in the United States.
