This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead the strategy, roadmap, and operations for enterprise applications.
• Manage the enterprise applications roadmap as a product portfolio.
• Prioritize features, integrations, and technical debt utilizing RICE or value-vs-effort frameworks.
• Collaborate with business leaders to convert functional requirements into technology solutions.
• Conduct organized discovery sessions with stakeholders through interviews, journey mapping, and requirements workshops.
• Oversee vendor relationships, licensing, upgrades, and integrations across the application ecosystem.
• Ensure applications align with security, compliance, and scalability standards.
• Develop and implement the organization's data strategy.
• Manage enterprise data platforms, including data warehouses, data lakes, reporting, and analytics tools.
• Promote the adoption of self-service BI and analytics throughout the organization.
• Define and monitor adoption and value metrics for data and BI initiatives.
• Establish policies for data ownership, stewardship, and lifecycle management.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation, and advanced analytics.
• Lead modernization efforts, including data platform consolidation.
• Align enterprise systems with digital transformation initiatives.
• Apply product discovery and validation through pilots, MVPs, and phased rollouts.
• Assume Product Management responsibilities for LiveNexus products, including roadmap, requirements, backlog prioritization, and release planning.
• Build and mentor a team of application administrators, data engineers, and BI specialists.
• Foster collaboration between IT, business stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Manage budgets, contracts, and project portfolios.
• Act as the product owner for cross-functional stakeholders and balance competing business requests through transparent prioritization.
• 8+ years of experience in product management or leadership in data platforms.
• 4+ years of experience managing a product roadmap at the organizational level.
• Experience in owning product roadmaps and backlogs, encompassing requirements definition, prioritization frameworks such as RICE or MoSCoW, and release planning.
• Proven experience in defining and tracking product or platform success metrics, including adoption, quality, and usage.
• Experience in developing and executing a data strategy that covers governance, quality, security, and accessibility.
• Familiarity with data platforms and BI/analytics tools such as data warehouses, Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
• Experience in driving self-service BI adoption within business teams.
• Knowledge of enterprise CRM/ERP platforms such as Salesforce.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and cross-functional stakeholder management skills.
• Preferred: formal experience in Product Management or as a Product Owner for a customer-facing SaaS or AI product.
• Preferred: Product Management certification such as Pragmatic Institute, CSPO, or CSM.
• Preferred: direct experience with AI-driven products or solutions in an enterprise context.
• Preferred: certifications such as TOGAF or DAMA-DMBOK.
• Preferred: hands-on experience in Salesforce administration or enterprise application operations.
• Preferred: Master's degree or MBA.
• Preferred: experience in highly regulated industries such as healthcare, finance, or BPO.
