This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead, mentor, and enhance the Product team by setting clear expectations and fostering accountability for outcomes.
• Transform product objectives and business priorities into detailed roadmaps, requirements, timelines, and actionable plans.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Hardware, Design, and various cross-functional stakeholders to create integrated solutions across products.
• Clearly convey product priorities, performance metrics, risks, dependencies, and delivery schedules to executives and cross-functional leaders.
• Integrate customer feedback, product usage data, market insights, and business needs into well-informed product decisions.
• Interact directly with both prospective and existing customers to gain insights into their workflows, challenges, and needs regarding current and future product offerings.
• Create and maintain product requirements, roadmaps, supporting documentation, and executive-level reporting utilizing tools like Jira and Confluence.
• Leverage product, project management, analytics, and reporting tools to organize tasks, track progress, and enhance visibility of timelines and performance.
• Collaborate with Design to craft intuitive product experiences; provide insightful feedback on user flows, concepts, prototypes, and mockups.
• Balance long-term product vision with immediate business needs, technical realities, customer commitments, and delivery timelines.
• Support products deployed at scale across thousands of users and intricate customer environments.
• Foster a culture of active listening, clear communication, analytical decision-making, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Over 8 years of experience in Product Management, demonstrating a successful history of launching and scaling B2B technology products in a fast-paced setting.
• At least 5 years of experience leading Product Managers.
• Proven experience managing the entire product lifecycle from ideation through launch and beyond.
• A history of converting product vision and business strategy into actionable plans that teams can effectively execute.
• Experience facilitating native mobile deployments for large user bases, preferably utilizing technologies such as Swift and Kotlin.
• Familiarity with Agile product development methodologies, multi-tenant systems, cloud-based platforms, and microservices architecture.
• Significant experience directly engaging with prospective and existing customers about current and future product offerings.
• Demonstrated ability to creatively solve problems, influence product enhancements, and interpret business and technical requirements.
• Strong grasp of user-centered design principles and methodologies.
• Excellent analytical thinking and decision-making skills.
• Adequate technical fluency to collaborate effectively with engineers and comprehend how technologies and languages such as JavaScript, Java, and Python facilitate product development; direct coding experience is not necessary.
• Outstanding communication, collaboration, and leadership abilities, with a proven track record of effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Experience in the construction technology industry or IoT is highly preferred.
• A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Design, Information Technology, Economics, or a related STEM degree program is required, or equivalent experience.
