This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada, +1 more country.
• Take full ownership of the consumer product portfolio from start to finish, encompassing the website, mobile application, booking systems, membership management, practice expansion, telehealth services, pharmacy/refill options, discovery processes, specifications, quality assurance, rollout, and post-launch evaluation.
• Spearhead product workstreams for the integration of newly merged practice groups, which includes system and product reconciliation, developing an integration roadmap, and coordinating with incoming product and operations teams.
• Direct product vision and priorities by collaborating with technology leadership and creating frameworks for engineering prioritization.
• Enhance monetization and conversion rates through strategic pricing, packaging, and funnel experiments, while managing upgrades from pay-as-you-go models to membership options.
• Oversee the marketing website, manage shipping pages, and implement changes using an AI-assisted React stack, while running practice landing pages, capturing leads, and collaborating on SEO and web performance efforts.
• Develop staff-facing products in partnership with operations, medical, and member-experience leadership, which includes PMS tools, AI-assisted workflow automation, intake processes, and auditing systems.
• Analyze production data utilizing SQL, FullStory funnels, and experimental statistics; co-manage data intake and business intelligence prioritization alongside the data team.
• Share responsibility for vendor relationships concerning PMS, AI scribe, and voice AI, which includes evaluations and contract renewals.
• Execute the product operating cadence, which covers roadmap reviews, launch communications, operations memos, practice-facing office hours, and cross-functional strategy forums.
• Collaborate with engineering throughout the software development lifecycle, from ideation to delivery and support.
• Senior, hands-on experience as a "builder PM."
• Proven track record of delivering working prototypes and some production web code utilizing AI tools.
• Experience in executing quality assurance and analysis independently.
• History of collaborating with engineering leadership as equals, sharing different perspectives while aligning on common goals.
• Daily proficiency in using AI coding and analysis tools.
• Exceptional writing abilities for producing POV memos, one-pagers with quantified impact models, and executive-ready presentations.
• Comfort in negotiating workflows with doctors, nurses, and practice managers.
• Understanding of when automation requires human oversight in a clinical setting.
• Capability to design A/B/n tests, identify randomization errors, and make decisions on shipping or reverting based on data insights.
• Nice-to-haves: experience in multi-site consumer services or healthcare, exposure to M&A and integration, and familiarity with tools such as Braze, FullStory, LaunchDarkly, and Vetspire.
• Proficient in English; this requirement is specific to the Quebec market.
