This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Establish the product vision for campaign management and collaborate with the SVP of Product and Engineering leadership to create the roadmap.

• Prioritize initiatives related to brand and campaign data, role-based access control, audience development, and campaign configuration.

• Collaborate directly with engineers on data models, APIs, integrations, and sequencing to sustain current operations while preparing for scalability.

• Convert processes from Operations, Technical Account Management, Sales, and Brand Partnerships into product requirements with quantifiable outcomes.

• Develop and implement a permissions framework for internal teams, open-beta users, and prospective external customers.

• Foster user adoption by identifying barriers, creating enablement strategies, and linking usage data to future product decisions.

• Evaluate usage and operational data to monitor workflow completion, reliability, and manual campaign efforts.

• Discover opportunities for automation and AI in campaign setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.

• Articulate product decisions, trade-offs, and risks to executives and non-product teams.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of experience in product management, including at least 3 years leading a platform, workflow, or operations-intensive product.

• Experience in developing B2B SaaS products in AdTech, MarTech, or similar data-driven industries, catering to multiple user types.

• Proven track record in building products where entities, permissions, roles, and system-of-record decisions present significant challenges.

• Sufficient technical expertise to engage with engineers on APIs, data models, and integrations without being an engineer oneself.

• A background in transforming disorganized operational processes into workflows that are actively utilized.

• Proficient in leveraging product and business data to inform development decisions and evaluate success.

• Demonstrated ability to align stakeholders with conflicting objectives towards a common direction.

• Familiarity with audience platforms, identity management, measurement, or marketing operations.

• Experience with AI-enhanced or agentic workflows.
