This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Connecticut.

📋 Description

• Oversee 4–6 of the most intricate partners within Payroll, Programs, and Alliances Partnerships (PPA).

• Collaborate with underwriting to implement the current quote flow and devise strategies for new quote flows.

• Take ownership of allocated New Written Premium, New Policy Count, and Total Policy Premium objectives.

• Manage the internal elements of partner contracts and compensation in collaboration with legal, compensation, and leadership teams.

• Co-facilitate product, underwriting, and sales discussions to promote sustainable countrywide growth.

• Work alongside the API team on existing quote/bind APIs and explore new API possibilities.

• Generate new lead sources within assigned partners and support business development efforts across PPA.

• Collaborate with the Head of PPA to design and propel growth initiatives centered on new lead sources, cross-selling, and API quote-and-bind capabilities.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in Small Business Insurance sales or partner management is essential.

• Experience managing complex, large partnerships and possessing strong sales business acumen.

• Familiarity with Small Business Insurance is necessary.

• Knowledge of the Payroll/HCM industry and technology quoting platforms is advantageous.

• Demonstrated success in vetting and onboarding new large complex partners.

• Extensive experience in formulating and executing strategies that involve multiple business areas such as service and product.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, along with a strong executive presence.

• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations.

• Proven track record of developing and implementing growth strategies in a dynamic and evolving market.

• Keeps informed on market trends, conditions, and competitor activities.

• Capable of working collaboratively and influencing people and projects utilizing data and research.

• Flexibility to adapt within the team based on partner requirements.

• Willingness and ability to travel as necessary, with a minimum of 10% travel required.
