This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Oversee the sales and operational activities of AxisCare's integrated payments platform, Bill & Collect.
• Directly manage the payments sales pipeline, which includes coaching, pipeline management, and ensuring performance accountability.
• Act as the main day-to-day contact with AxisCare's payments facilitator partner and lead weekly partner meetings.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with teams in renewals, product development, operations, outside sales, customer success, and other internal departments.
• Address customer escalations and maintain relationships with high-priority accounts.
• Contribute to the product roadmap for Bill & Collect.
• Own and report on key performance indicators, such as attach rate/penetration, payments revenue, bookings, sales initiatives, and adoption.
• Collect and organize data for leadership reporting.
• Ensure customers have a seamless and well-supported experience while adopting and utilizing AxisCare's payments product.
• Identify opportunities for enhancing the payments product, sales procedures, and customer adoption rates.
• Provide Marketing and Product Management with customer feedback and sales insights to guide positioning, product planning, and go-to-market strategies.
• Meet the agreed-upon Bill & Collect bookings and revenue targets within AxisCare's current customer base.
• Develop a steady pipeline of qualified opportunities and enhance sales conversion rates.
• Collaborate with Account Management to support renewal, retention, and customer adoption objectives.
• Set clear expectations, offer coaching, and ensure accountability for direct reports.
• Enhance payment-partner performance and foster strong relationships.
• Create a framework that minimizes disruptions when customers transition between payment partners.
• Provide timely commercial insights and forecasts to support decision-making for Product, Finance, and Marketing.
• A minimum of seven years of relevant experience in payments, fintech, business development, account expansion, or strategic partnerships; with at least three years specifically in payments.
• Proven track record of increasing revenue or product adoption within an existing customer base.
• Experience in leading sales or business development teams and managing external partners.
• Strong grasp of pipeline management, forecasting, renewals, and customer retention strategies.
• Familiarity with vertical SaaS, healthcare technology, or payments solutions aimed at small and midsized businesses is advantageous.
• Experience in managing or leading a small team.
• Excellent analytical skills; comfortable handling data and numbers to create clear, board-ready presentations.
• Experience with HubSpot is a plus.
• Exceptional cross-functional collaboration and communication abilities.
• Keen attention to detail and capacity to manage multiple relationships and priorities concurrently.
• Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and relevant professional experience is preferred.
• Manual dexterity required for using a desktop computer and associated peripherals.
• Proficient in utilizing software and email to perform job functions.
