This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Establish high-trust relationships with benefit consultants and health plan sales teams to enhance the pipeline for Middle Market and National Accounts.
• Facilitate comprehensive partnership discussions, adeptly navigating both self-funded and fully insured scenarios.
• Position Rula as the leading solution in behavioral health.
• Transform intricate value propositions into concise elevator pitches and in-depth analyses of claims economics.
• Engage in strategic prospecting and lead discovery to uncover pain points and generate business urgency.
• Take ownership or share ownership of consultant and health plan relationships.
• Drive employer opportunities through consultant and health plan channels.
• Conduct client-facing discussions, including discovery, positioning, and follow-up strategies.
• Present customized pitches and adeptly manage complex objections to secure commitments and outline next steps.
• Ensure CRM accuracy and maintain a structured approach to pipeline management.
• Willingness to travel up to 20%.
• Over 10 years of experience in healthcare within a carrier or consulting environment.
• At least 7 years in a client-facing sales or account management position.
• Demonstrated capability to cultivate high-trust partnerships in the consultant and health plan sector.
• Experience in owning or co-owning relationships with consultants and health plans.
• Proficient in influencing employer opportunities through consultant and health plan channels.
• Expertise in multichannel prospecting and lead discovery.
• Comprehensive understanding of the differences between self-funded and fully insured plan structures.
• Familiarity with how consultants and health plan sales teams advise employer clients.
• Ability to effectively lead client-facing conversations from start to finish, encompassing discovery, positioning, and follow-up strategy.
• Preferred: Minimum of 1 year in a rapidly growing mental health startup.
• Preferred: Residing on or having primary relationships in the West Coast region.
• Comfortable with travel up to 20%.
• Preferred: Skill in delivering customized pitches and managing complex objections.
• Preferred: Strong organizational abilities with a meticulous approach to CRM accuracy and structured pipeline management.
• Must reside in the United States; please note that Rula is not currently hiring in Hawaii.
