This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Manage a portfolio of partner relationships, acting as the main business point of contact.
• Recognize opportunities to strengthen and grow current partner relationships.
• Develop and formalize TailorMed's partnership playbook and operational framework.
• Determine the evaluation, launch, governance, measurement, expansion, and scaling processes for partnerships.
• Establish and monitor partnership KPIs, business goals, and operational rhythms.
• Identify and address risks, obstacles, and underperformance within the partnership portfolio.
• Discover, scout, and cultivate new partnership opportunities that align with strategic and commercial goals.
• Facilitate cross-functional collaboration among product, R&D, sales, implementation, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Develop business cases, evaluate strategic alignment and economic viability, and assist in outreach, commercial structuring, negotiation, and execution of new partnerships.
• Incorporate market insights into TailorMed's overall strategic plan.
• Over 7 years of experience in partnerships, business development, strategy, commercial execution, consulting, or a related domain.
• Proven ability to initiate new projects or business areas while the strategy and operational framework are still being established.
• Required experience in healthcare technology, digital health, life sciences, pharmacy, or provider organizations.
• Strong strategic, commercial, and analytical judgment, with the capability to evaluate opportunities, business models, partnership economics, KPIs, and performance metrics.
• Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, capable of managing complex external interactions and achieving alignment among internal stakeholders.
• Ability to act swiftly, learn rapidly, and function effectively in uncertain situations.
• A strong sense of ownership, determination, and follow-through, with the resilience to overcome challenges and maintain momentum.
• Competence in managing multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.
