This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the partnership strategy and roadmap for Eleos’ complete partner portfolio, which includes partnerships with behavioral health associations, GPOs, certification bodies, white-label distribution collaborations, and home health and hospice GPO partnerships.
• Develop, formalize, and negotiate partnership agreements, encompassing commercial terms, attribution methodologies, and credit frameworks.
• Recruit, manage, and enhance a team of partnership managers, integrating an existing team member and transitioning partner relationships from other areas of the business.
• Implement Salesforce tracking and ROI measurement for the partner-sourced pipeline across all sectors.
• Act as the primary cross-functional liaison between partnerships and sales leadership, Revenue Operations, marketing, product, and Customer Success.
• Represent Eleos in external engagements with senior stakeholders from partner organizations, associations, and GPOs.
• Provide a thorough assessment of the team and the partnerships business within the first 30 days.
• Set a clear vision, performance standards, contract frameworks, Salesforce tracking, and partner ROI measurement within the first 90 days.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in business development, partnerships, or channel sales in the healthcare or enterprise SaaS sectors, including direct responsibility for partnership strategy.
• Experience in establishing or significantly scaling a partnership or channel function from an early, unstructured phase, rather than merely managing an existing mature one.
• Proven experience in negotiating and structuring commercial partnership agreements, including revenue sharing, attribution, and contract terms.
• Prior experience in people management, including leading a team through organizational changes or integrating an existing team member or relationship into a new framework.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate relationships with senior external stakeholders, such as C-suite executives, association leaders, or GPO contacts.
• Operationally focused, with direct experience in implementing CRM tracking and ROI measurement in environments where such practices were previously absent.
• Comfortable navigating ambiguity and establishing processes and infrastructure at a startup pace.
• Willingness to travel 25-50% of the time, based on business requirements.
