This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop the paid-media strategy, playbook, and channel mix for HIP and Neon Canvas, focusing on Google and Meta platforms.
• Take ownership of key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPL, and CTR by vertical, while overseeing pacing and budget management across both brands.
• Establish standardized practices, tools, ad-operations processes, and quality assurance across HIP and Neon Canvas.
• Manage escalations, quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and strategic initiatives for major partners and new client acquisitions.
• Oversee the service line's profit and loss (P&L), pricing and packaging strategies, utilization and capacity planning, as well as growth and expansion efforts.
• Conduct pre-sales scoping and assist the sales team with paid-media pitches and proposals.
• Direct organization design, career progression pathways, compensation structure input, succession planning, bench management, onboarding, and learning & development (L&D).
• Handle vendor relationships, contracts, and service level agreements (SLAs); manage the function's budget, risk assessment, compliance, and brand safety measures.
• Monitor emerging advertising surfaces and formats, formulating adoption strategies to stay ahead of competitors.
• Spearhead AI integration across paid teams, tools, workflows, and training initiatives.
• Conduct one-on-one meetings with Team Leads for coaching, performance evaluations, and problem-solving support.
• Personally engage with at-risk or underperforming partners while Team Leads manage other accounts.
• A minimum of 2 years experience as a Director of Paid Media or in a similar role at an agency of comparable size, overseeing 500+ client accounts.
• Proven experience in unifying paid media strategies across two brands or logos under a single umbrella.
• At least 6 years of experience in paid media, specifically with Google Ads, including Search and Performance Max, as well as Meta platforms.
• Experience in lead generation for local service businesses.
• Background in orthodontics or dental services is highly advantageous.
• More than 2 years of experience leading other managers, not just individual contributors.
• Possess deep mastery of advertising platforms.
• Strong analytical skills and a solid foundation in experimentation.
• Demonstrated ability to manage change and unify two brands or teams effectively.
• Commercial acumen, encompassing delivery margins, utilization, and growth metrics.
• Experience collaborating with sales teams.
• Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Must reside in the United States.
• Availability to work from 8 am to 5 pm CST, Monday through Friday.
