This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Lead strategies across the enterprise that enhance leadership capabilities, elevate the employee experience, and boost operational performance throughout Discovery Behavioral Health.
• Develop, standardize, and continually enhance enterprise training for frontline clinical staff and Behavioral Health Technicians.
• Design, implement, and oversee the comprehensive company-wide onboarding experience over a 90-day period.
• Create and manage the New Hire Mentorship Program, which includes mentor selection, training, matching, standards, and measurement of outcomes.
• Implement and oversee automated workflows for exit interviews and stay interviews.
• Analyze turnover rates, tenure, exit feedback, and workforce indicators to pinpoint root causes and suggest actionable solutions.
• Modernize and spearhead the enterprise performance management strategy.
• Coach and prepare leaders in areas such as people management, conflict resolution, performance discussions, feedback, and fostering psychological safety.
• Design, implement, and assess leadership development cohorts, growth initiatives, succession strategies, and high-potential talent pipelines.
• Establish career pathways and credentialing opportunities for clinical and operational roles.
• Lead the employee feedback and retention strategy, encompassing pulse surveys and feedback loops at 30, 60, and 90 days.
• Evaluate the effectiveness and return on investment of organizational development and talent initiatives.
• Collaborate with Field HR Business Partners and facility Directors of People Operations to tailor enterprise programs to meet local requirements.
• Clearly communicate organizational development programs, performance cycles, learning pathways, and mentorship expectations.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Development, Human Resources, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is required.
• Seven to ten years of progressive experience in organizational development, learning and talent development, employee engagement, or a related field.
• Experience in a multi-site healthcare, behavioral health, or clinical setting.
• Proven success in designing and scaling enterprise onboarding, mentorship, leadership development, and retention programs that yield measurable workforce results.
• Strong understanding of adult learning theory, instructional design, performance management, succession planning, leadership development, employee feedback, and retention analytics.
• Proficiency in Human Resources Information Systems; experience with Dayforce is highly preferred.
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems is advantageous.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent facilitation, communication, consulting, and executive coaching skills.
• Ability to influence clinical operators, facility leaders, and cross-functional partners effectively.
• Capable of translating workforce data into actionable recommendations, establishing clear success metrics, and ensuring accountability for program results.
• Remote work with occasional travel.
