This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colorado.
• Act as the main point of contact and relationship manager for significant national and enterprise accounts.
• Align national account strategies with regional and local business development, project management, and clinical teams.
• Address service-related issues and ensure effective implementation and onboarding processes.
• Oversee procurement, operations, and relationships with executive-level stakeholders.
• Serve as an escalation contact for urgent client matters and guarantee prompt resolutions.
• Advocate for the customer perspective internally to drive enhancements in products and services.
• Discover opportunities to penetrate adjacent sectors.
• Formulate go-to-market strategies and pilot initiatives for new account categories or service models.
• Collaborate with commercial, clinical, administrative, operational, and CardioNavix leadership teams when applicable.
• Deliver regular updates on progress and issues to customers, management, and operations staff.
• Travel as necessary to oversee vendor and customer relationships, performance, negotiations, and other issues.
• Manage multiple tasks remotely and during travel to advance and resolve ongoing issues and projects.
• Train new employees and coworkers.
• Uphold CDL Company Objectives of “Best Appropriate Patient Care.”
• Execute additional responsibilities as assigned.
• An associate degree in Nuclear Medicine is required.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Must hold board certification from the NMTCB and/or AART.
• 3–5 years of Director-level experience in Nuclear Cardiology/PET management is essential.
• Proven creativity in enhancing work processes and completing assigned projects.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and clinical/technical Nuclear Cardiac training skills.
• Professional demeanor and composure when handling conflicts and emergencies.
• Adaptability to change as it occurs.
• Willingness to travel to sites for meeting new customers, understanding project scopes, and overseeing clinical and technical elements.
• Capability to adhere to established procedures and standards.
• Ability to safely navigate construction environments.
• Competence in managing stressful situations during peak workloads.
• Capacity to lift and/or move approximately 10–50 pounds.
• Must maintain confidentiality regarding business and patient information.
• Ability to collaborate effectively across commercial, clinical, operational, and administrative teams.
• Exempt classification with a salaried position.
