AI Strategy Consultant

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Lead the marketing strategy and transformation within enterprise organizations

• Serve as the trusted technical and strategic advisor for AI Decisioning clients

• Manage the connection between product capabilities and customer business requirements from initial discovery to go-live and beyond

• Collaborate with machine learning and product engineers, product designers, and Strategy Consultants to implement new use cases

• Identify significant customer use cases and derive insights from the decision engine

• Suggest new campaigns or modifications to enhance results

• Work alongside customer teams, analyze data, and navigate the product ecosystem

• Oversee all stages of AI Decisioning use case delivery in partnership with Hightouch engineers, customer executives, marketers, and IT stakeholders

• Facilitate customer design sessions to outline and document use case requirements and enhancements

• Create process playbooks and best practices for project management and delivery

• Recognize, escalate, and address project risks

• Cultivate relationships with key stakeholders at customer organizations

• Contribute to shaping the AI Decisioning product strategy

• Willingness to travel 10 - 25% is necessary

• Proven experience with marketing technology tools, customer experience management systems, customer data platforms, etc.

• Strong skills in discovery and interpersonal communication

• Demonstrated intellectual curiosity, ambition, and humility

• Effective communicator: capable of articulating thoughts clearly and persuasively in both written and verbal forms

• Background in managing and executing technical projects with a customer-centric approach and a strong sense of empathy

• Familiarity with programming, scripting, or statistical software (e.g., Python, R, Matlab, SQL)
