This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee a national account pipeline valued at over $12.5M each year
• Propel progress towards revenue targets, new business acquisition, and account expansion objectives
• Formulate and implement strategic account plans
• Increase client share-of-wallet and enhance relationships year-over-year
• Establish and nurture relationships with essential client stakeholders
• Collect client insights and ensure proposals and deliverables align with client priorities
• Act as a representative for Access in the field and support local teams across different markets
• Create strategic presentations and oversee RFP submissions
• Guarantee prompt and considerate follow-up with clients and prospects
• Collaborate with National Sales, local offices, and cross-functional teams
• Influence teams across various markets to implement national strategies without direct reporting authority
• Leverage market intelligence and industry trends to uncover opportunities
• Achieve consistent revenue growth, new business, and gross profit outcomes
• Enhance client engagement, foster repeat business, create multi-year partnerships, and elevate Access’s reputation in the marketplace
• Minimum of 7 years of proven sales and account management experience in the DMC, hospitality, or a related field
• Proven experience managing large, multi-market national or enterprise accounts
• Track record of generating over $3.5M in self-sourced business annually
• Proficient in navigating complex account relationships, multiple decision-makers, and enterprise-level purchasing processes
• Strong financial and business insight, including pipeline management, forecasting, profitability, and budgeting
• Advanced negotiation skills involving MSAs, large-scale program contracts, and intricate service agreements
• Executive presence and confidence when engaging with senior-level stakeholders in Procurement, Marketing, Sales Leadership, and the C-Suite
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership capabilities with the ability to influence without direct authority
• Experience in mentoring sales professionals or contributing to team development and best-practice sharing
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related discipline is preferred
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
