This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the primary operating partner and strategic consultant to the Chief Marketing Officer at Dropbox.
• Develop and influence strategic growth initiatives, including the creation of business cases, assessment of B2B/B2C partnerships, and formulation of new go-to-market strategies.
• Oversee the marketing operational framework, encompassing annual planning, capital distribution, and budget management.
• Analyze and frame ambiguous strategic inquiries utilizing hypothesis-driven problem-solving techniques.
• Construct quantitative models related to market sizing, NPV, and LTV/CAC to facilitate marketing investments, channel entries, and partnership strategies.
• Collaborate with Business Development to assess and structure intricate, high-value brand and ecosystem partnerships.
• Lead agile, cross-functional “tiger teams” to prototype and pilot commercial initiatives prior to handing them over to operational owners.
• Direct annual and quarterly integrated marketing planning, translating corporate growth objectives into marketing strategies and measurable OKRs.
• Manage the global marketing budget alongside RevOps and Finance, allocate resources across regions/channels, and establish ROI accountability.
• Develop executive metrics frameworks for marketing performance, pipeline health, and efficiency reporting to the C-suite and Board of Directors.
• 8–10+ years of professional experience, including a foundational role at a prestigious management consulting firm (e.g., McKinsey, BCG, Bain) or leading an internal Strategy/Operations team.
• Demonstrated experience in evaluating strategic challenges across enterprise accounts (B2B) as well as end-consumers (B2C / B2B2C).
• Advanced skills in financial modeling, corporate budgeting, and data analysis.
• Proven track record in building and scaling operational processes within a large, matrixed organization, covering annual planning, OKRs, and KPI dashboards.
• Exceptional narrative storytelling abilities, capable of distilling complex financial, commercial, and operational data into concise, compelling executive-level presentations and communications.
• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative discipline such as Economics, Finance, Business, or Engineering.
• An MBA from a top-tier business school is highly preferred.
