This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement a thorough demand generation strategy that is directly aligned with pipeline and revenue objectives.
• Create programs that consistently yield high-quality, sales-ready leads.
• Utilize AI and automation to enhance targeting, personalization, lead scoring, and campaign execution.
• Employ predictive analytics to pinpoint high-intent prospects and boost conversion and efficiency.
• Assess and incorporate emerging AI-driven tools into the marketing ecosystem.
• Manage the entire funnel from acquisition to conversion, enhancing conversion rates and pipeline velocity.
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing Operations to ensure robust alignment, seamless handoffs, and pipeline integrity.
• Design and implement campaigns across various channels including paid media, email, content, webinars, and events.
• Allocate budget and resources based on performance metrics and return on investment.
• Develop and improve reporting frameworks that span campaigns and channels.
• Convert data into actionable insights for informed decision-making and resource distribution.
• Execute a rapid testing roadmap across messaging, audiences, channels, and offers.
• Scale successful initiatives and quickly iterate on those that are underperforming.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing on positioning and messaging strategies.
• Coordinate with Sales on Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) definition, targeting, and feedback loops within the pipeline.
• Work alongside Marketing and data teams to ensure scalable systems and accurate reporting.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in Marketing within a B2B SaaS context.
• Extensive experience in both strategy formulation and execution in B2B SaaS demand generation.
• Proven history of driving measurable pipeline growth and revenue impact.
• Strong background in building reporting frameworks and utilizing data for performance optimization.
• Proficient understanding of SaaS metrics (Customer Acquisition Cost, Lifetime Value, pipeline velocity, conversion rates).
• Experience in leveraging AI, automation, or advanced analytics to enhance marketing results.
• A curious mindset and a tendency towards adopting new tools and workflows for greater efficiency.
• Proficiency with marketing automation tools like HubSpot, ABM platforms such as Demandbase, and CRM systems including Salesforce.
• Familiarity with contemporary AI-enabled tools, including intent data, predictive analytics, and workflow automation tools such as Clay, Qualified, and Warmly.
• Comfortable working as a highly autonomous individual contributor.
• Capable of transitioning swiftly from strategy to execution in a dynamic environment.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities.
• Aptitude for cross-functional collaboration and influencing without direct authority.
