This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take charge of Revaly’s marketing and go-to-market strategy, aligning company and product priorities with measurable outcomes for pipeline, adoption, and revenue.
• Oversee product marketing for both current and future Revaly offerings, simplifying complex payment technologies and product capabilities into effective positioning, messaging, value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Develop and enhance the narrative for the Payment Performance Management category through storytelling, market education, and thought leadership initiatives.
• Manage product launches and go-to-market programs from strategic planning through to execution.
• Create competitive positioning and gather market intelligence.
• Spearhead demand generation strategies across digital platforms, content, email, SDR, field marketing, and owned channels.
• Collaborate with Sales on creating enablement materials, talk tracks, battle cards, customer stories, and outbound marketing assets.
• Direct content and executive thought leadership strategies.
• Initiate co-marketing programs with strategic partners, platforms, issuers, and channel relationships.
• Manage field marketing activities such as conferences, webinars, roundtables, customer events, and executive engagement programs.
• Set up marketing KPIs, attribution models, reporting, and operational rhythms that correlate with engagement, funnel conversion, pipeline contribution, and revenue impact.
• Construct scalable marketing systems, processes, automated workflows, and AI-enhanced operational methods.
• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a team of marketing specialists.
• Act as Marketing’s strategic voice across Sales, Product, Customer Success, Partnerships, and Executive Leadership.
• 5–7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably within payments, fintech, payment infrastructure, or intricate B2B technology.
• In-depth understanding of the payments ecosystem, including the needs of merchants and issuers, challenges in payment approvals, and the integration of technology.
• Proven ability to translate complex technical products into clear positioning, distinctive messaging, customer value propositions, and go-to-market strategies.
• Experience managing product marketing for launches, market and customer research, competitive intelligence, positioning, messaging, sales enablement, and user adoption.
• Experience in building or shaping an emerging market category.
• Experience in leading and developing a team of marketing professionals.
• Demonstrated success in creating integrated B2B demand generation programs and linking marketing activities to pipeline and revenue results.
• Strong analytical skills and experience with marketing KPIs, funnel reporting, attribution, and performance evaluation.
• Experience collaborating with Product, Sales, Partnerships, Revenue Operations, Customer Success, and executive teams.
• Interest or familiarity with AI-powered productivity tools.
• Composed and confident communication skills, capable of thriving in fast-paced, high-responsibility environments.
