This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Take ownership of the pipeline metrics, including lead volume, lead quality, and the subsequent sales pipeline.
• Drive demand generation through initiatives such as the podcast, newsletter, original research and reports, and video marketing strategy.
• Establish the performance marketing strategy encompassing SEO, AEO, paid search, paid social, and retargeting efforts.
• Manage the website as a conversion engine, overseeing conversion rate optimization, landing pages, forms, testing, and offer architecture.
• Develop and implement an account-based marketing program targeting specific named accounts.
• Oversee partnerships, sponsorships, meetups, hosted dinners, and other in-person demand generation activities.
• Manage marketing automation, CRM, lifecycle and nurture sequences, lead scoring, and maintain data quality.
• Collaborate with partners to refine company messaging and positioning.
• Facilitate sales enablement and ensure a seamless marketing-to-sales handoff, including the creation of case studies, one-pagers, proposal narratives, and competitive positioning.
• Handle analytics, attribution, reporting, and the management of the marketing budget.
• Build technology partnerships, agency referral relationships, and forge connections with VC and PE firms.
• Report directly to the Head of Growth & Innovation and collaborate closely with them on the marketing-to-sales transition.
• Engage in travel, host dinners and meetups, attend events, and cultivate relationships with partners, investors, and potential clients.
• Proven experience in demand generation or growth marketing for a B2B services or SaaS organization.
• Demonstrated capability in personally generating a sales pipeline.
• Resourceful and scrappy, with excellent relationship-building skills and a creative approach to resource utilization.
• Strong understanding of funnels and unit economics, including lead value, channel costs, and optimization strategies.
• A player-leader who can set strategy and execute automation, briefs, and events independently.
• Willingness and ability to travel, host dinners, attend conferences, and build relationships in-person.
• Detail-oriented in systems and data management; able to support reported metrics with confidence.
• Possess a clear perspective on branding and comfortable serving as a public representative on podcasts, stages, and with investors.
• Ability to act swiftly, take ownership of outcomes, and work independently towards achieving targets.
