This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop a customer feedback program to inform messaging for product and content marketing.
• Collaborate with Science and Sales teams to create platform messaging for targeted outbound content.
• Assist with digital channel initiatives, account-based programs, and lifecycle programs featuring tailored messaging.
• Maintain segmented target-account lists and devise strategies for each segment.
• Create and implement go-to-market strategies for new platform capabilities, including audience targeting, narrative development, launch assets, and sales readiness.
• Coordinate product marketing efforts and manage cross-functional team collaboration.
• Establish positioning and narrative for each product launch.
• Promote post-launch adoption and maintain ongoing customer communication.
• Generate HubSpot reports to monitor launch success and pinpoint areas for improvement.
• Update sales materials, including pitch decks, one-pagers, feature decks, demo and site-visit collateral, and leave-behind content.
• Create reusable sales enablement resources for representatives, accounts, and ideal customer profiles (ICPs).
• Collaborate with Sales and Science teams to develop customer proof, including customer stories, use cases, and user tips.
• Create and test marketing messaging using insights from customers, the market, sales, and Science teams.
• Design and implement product marketing experiments across messaging, calls to action (CTAs), formats, and audiences.
• Define measurement parameters, track and report test outcomes, and establish ongoing messaging baselines.
• An advanced degree in science is required (Ph.D. is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, including product, content, and/or growth marketing.
• Prior experience in marketing to a pharma/biotech audience in a Life Science B2B company is required.
• SaaS experience is a plus.
• Outstanding writing skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to communicate effectively with a technical audience and appreciate the importance of credibility in scientific marketing.
• Proven portfolio of case studies or customer stories.
• Experience in creating sales enablement materials for a considered, multi-stakeholder enterprise sale.
• Comfort in working directly with scientists and technical subject matter experts.
• Account-based marketing experience is preferred.
• Familiarity with HubSpot is a plus.
• Willingness to travel up to 20% is required.
