This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Take ownership of implementing the Brand & Demand strategy to establish authority in the Software-Defined Automation category and drive demand.
• Enhance CrossnoKaye’s analyst presence through briefings and relationship building.
• Develop Account-Based Marketing initiatives targeting the Top 200 North American food processors.
• Execute paid LinkedIn ABM campaigns, trade-publication native advertisements, SEO/AEO/web initiatives, and an ROI calculator supported by customer evidence.
• Increase the marketing-sourced pipeline from below 15% to around 30% of the funnel, utilizing attribution and dashboards.
• Manage the three-tier events strategy, which includes the Innovation Summit, food-processing trade shows, road shows, and executive dinners.
• Collaborate with product and sales teams to create a product marketing and launch framework for ATLAS.
• Provide the sales field with sales strategies, buying signals, contact information, references, customer marketing materials, and establish a customer advisory board.
• Build and lead the marketing team through recruitment, agency management, and budget responsibilities.
• Report directly to the Chief Revenue Officer.
• Achieve milestones in positioning, funnel management, event coordination, analyst relations, ABM, product launches, pipeline development, and team building within the first 3, 6, and 9 months.
• Over 12 years of experience in B2B technology marketing.
• More than 5 years of experience in leadership roles.
• Background in industrial software or automation is essential.
• Strong understanding of heavy industries, including food processing, chemicals, petrochemicals, energy, metals, or cement.
• Familiarity with Software-Defined Automation (SDA), Software-Defined Controls (SDC), advanced process control (APC), and/or industrial AI.
• Demonstrated success in building brand awareness and executing demand generation strategies in an industrial software setting.
• Proven track record of owning and achieving marketing-sourced pipeline targets.
• Hands-on experience in analyst relations with organizations such as ARC, LNS, IDC, Gartner, or similar.
• Experience in managing flagship owned events and multi-show trade programs that generate pipeline.
• Cross-functional collaboration experience with sales and product teams.
• Successful history of launching cutting-edge technology into conservative markets.
• Experience in category creation is a plus.
• An engineering or controls/automation background or relevant degree is preferred.
• Proficiency with HubSpot/Salesforce, 6sense/Demandbase, and LinkedIn ABM is an advantage.
• Experience in scaling marketing at a growth-stage company from approximately $25M towards $100M in revenue is a plus.
