This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California, +5 more states.
• Direct the planning, development, and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives across various business lines.
• Formulate marketing strategies that promote organizational growth, enhance brand awareness, and achieve business objectives.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, resources, and project scope for marketing initiatives.
• Supervise the creation of brochures, handbooks, presentations, sales materials, and promotional content.
• Craft and refine marketing and communication copy.
• Preserve and enhance Bristol Hospice's brand identity across all channels and materials.
• Collaborate with business development, operations, and executive leadership teams on strategic growth initiatives.
• Coordinate with external vendors, designers, printers, advertisers, and marketing service providers.
• Track and report on campaign performance, marketing activities, and industry trends.
• Conduct market research and perform competitive analyses.
• Assist in new market launches, mergers, rebranding efforts, and nationwide promotional campaigns.
• Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional partners.
• Guide and mentor marketing support staff and project team members as assigned.
• Represent Bristol Hospice at industry and community events as required.
• Execute other duties as assigned.
• At least two (2) years of experience in branding and marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Capability to manage multiple priorities, projects, and deadlines concurrently.
• Proven experience in developing and executing successful marketing initiatives.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Ability to collaborate across departments and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated creativity, attention to detail, and strategic thinking.
• Willingness to occasionally travel locally and long-distance with or without prior notice.
• Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.
• Flexibility in work hours is required.
