• Conduct structured interviews through phone and Zoom to evaluate client suitability and alignment.

• Onboard, mentor, coach, and provide support to team members.

• Keep accurate records in the CRM, manage client communications, and oversee administrative processes.

• Ensure consistent and professional follow-up throughout the client journey.
