
Director of Luxury Transient/Leisure Sales – Private Island Resort

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +2 more states.
• Drive room revenue by acquiring, developing, and retaining high-value transient business accounts.
• Maximize occupancy, Average Daily Rate (ADR), and overall profitability of the hotel.
• Identify, solicit, and secure new transient business opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet transient room revenue objectives.
• Conduct sales calls, client presentations, networking events, and property site inspections.
• Build and maintain relationships with luxury travel agencies, consortia programs, and preferred travel partners.
• Negotiate and manage preferred corporate rate agreements and luxury travel partnerships.
• Maintain relationships with key accounts to enhance production and retention.
• Review account performance to identify growth opportunities.
• Create tailored proposals and contracts aligned with hotel revenue goals.
• Ensure effective communication between clients and hotel operations teams.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management to optimize transient pricing strategies.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activities, and demand patterns.
• Analyze account production, booking pace, ADR, and RevPAR performance.
• Identify opportunities to increase market share and premium room category sales.
• Represent the hotel at luxury travel industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.
• Host familiarization trips and client site visits.
• Promote the property's luxury experiences, amenities, and brand standards.
• Serve as an ambassador for the hotel's reputation and guest experience.
• Preference will be given to candidates residing in NE, Florida, New York, or New Jersey during the selection process.
• Extensive experience in developing high-value transient business through corporate accounts, luxury travel advisors, and premium leisure channels.
• Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets.
• Experience in negotiating strategic partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to cultivate long-term client relationships.
• Experience in maximizing ADR and RevPAR performance.
• Familiarity with corporate, luxury leisure, entertainment, government, and travel advisor segments.
