This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.
• Oversee the global expansion and management of Zinpro IsoFerm.
• Lead a worldwide team, providing guidance, driving new business development, and ensuring alignment in sales efforts.
• Formulate and implement the strategic business plan for Zinpro IsoFerm.
• Collaborate with regional leaders and sales vice presidents to meet market goals and objectives.
• Propel profitable sales growth through customer engagement, strategic business development, and effective leadership of sales and technical teams.
• Coordinate efforts among sales, marketing, product development, customer service, finance, and administration teams.
• Oversee the IsoFerm budget, resources, and sales forecasts.
• Recommend investment in talent and strategies for market entry.
• Align team roles and work together with sales regions on targets, territory management, and resource planning.
• Track dairy market trends and identify opportunities for new solutions and business growth.
• Utilize market and customer insights to inform research, marketing, product pricing, regulatory, and development strategies.
• Ensure compliance with product quality standards.
• Collaborate with marketing on promotional campaigns for new products and services.
• Partner with HR on employee training, development, staffing, and performance assessments.
• Support Zinpro’s global animal nutrition business, with products marketed in over 70 countries.
• Bachelor's degree (B.A.) or equivalent in a relevant field is required.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in a Senior Manager or influential role.
• Proven experience in leading customer initiatives within a region or business unit in the animal feed or related industry.
• Strong interest and experience in the dairy sector.
• Experience in spearheading new business development initiatives in untapped markets.
• Ability to develop, plan, and execute successful business strategies in the Agriculture, Food, and/or nutrition sectors.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to establish clear priorities for oneself and the team.
• Willingness to travel approximately 30%, primarily within the USA, with occasional international trips.
• Capacity to work during core business hours and participate in after-hours calls, customer/client events, meetings, and industry events.
• Preferred: Master’s degree (M.A., M.S., MBA).
• Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of animal nutrition, the feed industry, and related market and business principles.
