This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Minnesota.

📋 Description

• Lead the global growth and management of Zinpro IsoFerm.

• Direct a worldwide team, offering guidance, spearheading new business development, and ensuring sales alignment.

• Formulate and implement the strategic business plan for Zinpro IsoFerm.

• Collaborate with regional leaders and sales vice presidents to meet market goals and objectives.

• Take ownership of IsoFerm's overall success and provide strategic direction alongside sales and cross-functional teams.

• Propel profitable sales growth through customer engagement, strategic business development, and leadership of sales and technical teams.

• Coordinate efforts with sales, marketing, product development, customer service, finance, and administration.

• Oversee IsoFerm’s budget, resources, and sales forecasts.

• Recommend investments in talent acquisition and go-to-market strategies.

• Align team roles and collaborate with sales regions regarding targets, territory management, and resource planning.

• Monitor trends in the dairy market and identify opportunities for new solutions and business expansion.

• Utilize market and customer insights to inform research, marketing, product pricing, regulatory, and development plans.

• Ensure compliance with product quality standards.

• Work with marketing on campaigns for new products and services.

• Partner with HR on employee training, development, staffing, and performance evaluations.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (B.A.) or equivalent in a relevant field is required.

• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a Senior Manager or influential role.

• Proven experience leading customer activities within a region or business unit in the animal feed or a related industry.

• A strong passion and experience for the dairy sector.

• Experience driving new business development initiatives in untapped markets.

• Experience in developing, planning, and executing successful business strategies in agriculture, food, and/or nutrition industries.

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to establish clear priorities for oneself and the team.

• Willingness to travel approximately 30%, primarily within the USA, with occasional international travel.

• Capacity to support U.S.-based customers, teams, and business initiatives.

• Availability for after-hours and weekend calls, customer/client events, and meetings, as well as industry events.

• Preferred: Master’s degree (M.A., M.S., MBA).

• Preferred: Comprehensive understanding of animal nutrition, the feed industry, and business principles.
